Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Statistics/Social Sciences or relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years' experience in monitoring & evaluation, proven track record [4 years] of developing, implementing and reviewing MEAL systems/strategies at sector level;
∎ Technical expertise and experience in two or more thematic areas where Save the Children works (Health Nutrition HIV/AIDS, Child Protection, Child Rights Governance, Education, Child Poverty, Climate Change/DRR) as well as Humanitarian MEAL experience
∎ Previous experience of successfully implementing Results based Monitoring at Country/Sector Level;
∎ Solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative monitoring and evaluation methodologies, including skills in analysis, documentation and presentation of complex data/information;
∎ Should be proficient in computer operation, particularly, in R/SPSS, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint
∎ Experience in designing and implementing Technology based MEAL system/processes;
∎ Experience of conducting and/or commissioning evaluations;
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English.
