Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Take necessary action to arrangement of all accessories, trims & Fabric to ensure In-time Production & shipment.
∎ • Build and maintain a strong team of merchandisers.
∎ • Monitor and report on order follow up from sampling till shipment.
∎ • Able to handle several numbers of orders/styles at a time independently.
∎ • Proper execution of orders according to planned time and action on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ • Must have the ability to work under pressure to maintain buyer's dead line for both samples & production.
∎ • To ensure issuance of Material Purchase Requisition (MPR) in a timely manner after confirming stock position and verifying actual requirement.
∎ • To keep well coordination with all production colleagues and provide effective support for achieving production target.
∎ • Have to possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ • Should have sound knowledge of products, fabrics, accessories, trims etc.
∎ • Day to day follow-up & report to Sales & Distribution Team/Buyer/GM/Management.
∎ • Make the critical path & TNA according to garment delivery & follow-up the TNA/Critical path daily basis.
∎ • All types of merchandising work for the garments order execution.
∎ • Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kinds of wastage.
∎ • Any other relevant task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have good plan and strong skills for building customer relationship and experienced in dealing with customer complain.
∎ Must have mental strength to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
