Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting annual marketing target, formulating & implementing budget plan & achieve the target with quality products.
∎ Meet the company’s revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution with extended standard skill, capability & customer focus.
∎ Regular market visits, data collection & analysis to support in determining product prices by identifying customer needs & satisfaction and building a network with customers.
∎ Co-ordinate with merchandisers with first bulk Approval & delivery according to schedule.
∎ Analyze the washing process & provide SOP guidelines for laundries to control of wet/dry processes for executives on bulk production.
∎ Finalize base wash counter, PP recipe fix-up, Final washes, define risk analysis with the team with different issues.
∎ Follow up Sub-Contract & production with personal responsibility.
∎ Co-ordinate with higher management & implements the policy for the betterment of the production department.
∎ Follow up and monitor the sub-contract production schedule and action plans to ensure deadlines are met.
∎ To co-ordinate with sub-contract quantity & our commercial department to recovery L/C, Acceptance & maturity.
∎ Achieve the target of sub-contract.
∎ Give the target to run our machine 100%.
∎ Monitor not to get any claim.
∎ Both unit has to be handled properly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, mail communication, uses of internet is a must.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Communication skills both in oral and written in English.
∎ Well Expert in Woven/Denim/Bottom/Wash Processing
