∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Shoe industry , Shoe Market
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to confirm monthly 50k pairs of shoes.
∎ Has to have sound knowledge on footwear design and cost management.
∎ Has to give idea to develop design for new season or new customer and work closely with R&D team.
∎ Able to find new customer while need to.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on footwear costing to bargain with customers.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on leather & footwear quality so that he can bargain for approval the made shoes.
∎ Has to research on market to maintain up-to-date information of latest development in the market for Leather, trims, shoe designs and competitors' activities.
∎ Has to update managements and team members about the market condition. Work closely with managements on urgent issues for immediate resolution.
∎ Has to co-ordinate with merchant & supply chain team while require.
∎ Has to co-operate compliance team for applying customer's COC.
∎ Has to perform any other task as assigned by the management.

∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
