∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chain shop, Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute launching plan, marketing brief, brand strategies, packaging design, layout, launching of new campaign for assigned brands.
∎ Generate ideas to increase the sales volume of Shoe Brand shops.
∎ Brand strategy, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
∎ Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.
∎ Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launching as well as developing new business opportunities.
∎ Analyze, develop and execute strategic marketing plan, pricing model to optimize profitability.
∎ Work with advertising agencies from idea generation to execution.
∎ Prepare brand plan, annual marketing plan with budgets.
∎ Plan, design and implement promotional campaigns and other marketing activities.
∎ Guide the team in achieving marketing objectives and maintaining strong professional liaison with stakeholders.
∎ Coordinate with Sales Division to determine strategies and plans linked with. distribution, promotional materials and other associated activities
