Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Marketing & Merchandising expert in woven products like - jacket and bottoms (H&M).
∎ Ability to Lead Team and work on target basis buyer account.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have vast experience on H&M & Others (buyer) Account handling.
∎ Source new customers/buyers to ensure sustainable business growth. Build strategic alliance with buyers and grow on targeted product categories and markets.
∎ Ensure all communication with buyer to meet Order Target of the Team .
∎ Develop relationship with all buyers for factory visit to meet Order per Target & disseminate to team for arrange Pre-costing related procedure for Best CM reviewing with management.
∎ Arranging buyer Price confirmation with production capacity, T&A and Production plan as per style for shipping correct Quality.
∎ Checking technical Issues, quantity requirement, document & buyers Reg. for each Sample comments.
∎ Work out the consumption for each new style for CAD and Check fabric booking for correct Quantity & Quality.
∎ Manage All Fabrics, Trims, print, embroidery, and wash for sampling.
∎ Review T&A as per style and follow up from sampling, booking sheet, Lab dip approval status, quality approval status. L/C opening to goods shipment.
∎ Check Pl as per style, company with booking sheet and price as approved post cost sheet.
∎ To check supplier for price issue, as per T&A.
∎ To check sample status priority wise, development sample, PP sample and other samples as well as check approval comments which were received from buyer against our submitted sample.
∎ Monitor Production Planning as per style & material Re-cap.
∎ Review (Weekly/ Monthly) with Team Members the Achievements and GAP analysis to meet buyer Satisfaction.
∎ Understand Training Need for Team Members and provide necessary Training (weekly/Monthly) for Team to achieve Individual Target on-time.
∎ Update Online Portal for buyer as recommended.
∎ Coordinate with Sewing, Quality department for best Production output with approved trims card & others.
∎ Ensure Final Packing for Buyers FRI approval & notify Commercial Department with synchronization with Finishing Department to complete On-time Shipment.
∎ Report Regularly on work Progress & Perform all related task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Woven Garments Merchandising.
∎ Must be proficient in communication in English both verbally and in writing, especially in MS Office Program.
∎ Must be an effective team player with good interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be working experience on H&M.
∎ Have experience Walmart, Zara, Bestseller, C&A, Lindex, Li & Fung, Inditex, ALDI, M&S, Costco etc. will be added to more advantage.
