Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop new buyer relationships while proving ongoing support to existing buyers.
∎ Ensure proper execution of order according to the time and action (TNA) plan to guarantee on time shipment with the correct quality and quantity.
∎ Accomplish Merchandising Cycle (Product Development, Price Calculations, T&A Plans, and Production, Shipment follow-up, technically sound etc).
∎ Should independently handle all aspects of Merchandising from costing to shipment.Establish & enhance long term business relationships with customers providing superb quality service to maximize business growth of the Company.
∎ Overseeing the update on production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyer.
∎ Ensure that fabric and accessories are available in factory within time.
∎ Ensure that production is running as per plan to meet production target & delivery requirement.
∎ Maintain all kinds of reports as required.
∎ Follow up with commercial on correct shipping docs, shipment advice & payment too.
∎ Lead full merchandising team.
∎ Any other assignment given by management
