Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain continue and effective communication with buyers, factories and internal departments to ensure proper coordination and workflow.
∎ Prepare accurate product costing and ensure adherence to buyer – specific process and procedures.
∎ Supervise product development activities and lead price negotiation with buyer to secure final, acceptable rates.
∎ Looking for prospective high-profile customers and bring in new business that ensures solid profitability.
∎ Handle overall merchandising performances of particular buyers (knits) starting from assessing a new order's feasibility of to shipment of goods.
∎ Carry out planning jobs in coordination with Planning and Industrial Engineering departments for successful completion of order.
∎ Planning & arranging the Trims & Accessories well in advance with the help of procurement department.
∎ Lead/Coordinate with a team of quality merchandising professionals and provide necessary supports and guidance for the successful completion of orders.
