• Bachelor Degree in any discipline.

• Only Male

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on leadership and team management.
• Experience in the Directly Garments Factory, Embroidery Factory & Buying House field is highly preferred (candidates with relevant experience will have an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content management.
• Proven track record of achieving marketing targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
• Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to develop effective marketing plans.
• Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• One must have the skill to manage a team effectively.

• It is essential to be diligent in achieving both personal and the targets of team members.
• Prepare report as required by management.
• Corporate Marketing, Garments & Buying House visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
• Development new clients & maintain good relationship with existing clients.
• Build a strong relationship with customer.
• Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
• Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
• Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
• Coordinate with Customer service departments to provide smooth and quality services to the clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and effective messaging
