Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve consistent sales targets, orders volume and revenue growth plans.
∎ Actively involved in lead generation, website traffic growth, customer growth.
∎ Will be responsible for looking after the Key Accounts and clients.
∎ Overseeing the order fulfillment, Operations, Customer Service, product development.
∎ Play pivotal roles in strategic data analysis, business forecast, trends and product development and overall business projections.
∎ Ensure that customers receiving the best possible service at every point of interaction.
∎ Achieve and maintain actual growth goals, performances with the of the business plan, financial projections comprehending associated risk factors.
∎ To build a strong brand and value proposition through smart marketing techniques, website optimization, and merchandising plans.
∎ Ensure the Industry best practices are implemented and adhered to the concerned units and departments of the company.
∎ Actively involved in campaign creation (Overall + Email + SMS Marketer), Product Development, Pricing & marketing strategy execution.
