Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ Masters in Business or Economics is preferred (not mandatory) from any reputed Educational institute of country.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and Implement consistent sales/ revenues, orders and Subscription growth plans with aggressive targets and goals.
∎ Monitor and Spearhead the activities of lead generation, website traffic growth, customer growth.
∎ Will be responsible for the overall business growth, marketing and sales strategies and PNL growth of the company.
∎ Overseeing the order fulfillment, Operations, Customer Service and Business Development across all platform verticals of the company.
∎ Will be responsible to Create and continuously develop long term strategic and financial plans of the company.
∎ Monitoring day to day company operations and activities, ensuring the business continues as per the strategic directions and guidelines.
∎ Formulating departmental KPIs, Targets, Policies and Compliances with a view to drive the business growth.
∎ Advising on the future growth of the business.- This is repeated, can be deleted.
∎ Play pivotal roles in strategic data analysis, business forecast, trends and product development and overall business projections.
∎ Ensure that customers receiving the best possible service at every point of interaction with the business
∎ Achieve and maintain actual growth goals, performances with the of the business plan, financial projections comprehending associated risk factors.
∎ Support in managing key product procurement process, vendor/ merchant/ supplier relationships together with the respective teams and units.
∎ Support the team in key negotiations with suppliers. Merchants, vendors, to drive margin and payment terms as per PNL projections.
∎ To build a strong brand and value proposition through smart marketing techniques, website optimization, and merchandising plans.
∎ Ensure the Industry best practices are implemented and adhered to the concerned units and departments of the company.
∎ Achieve aggressive sales KPIS and expansion plans- think it is repetitive and can be deleted.
∎ Experience to guide and oversee the teams of Campaign creation (Overall + Email + SMS Marketer), Product Development, Pricing & Offer Development.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience of working at any E-commerce, Online Marketplaces, Digital Marketing Companies for at least 3- 5 years is mandatory.
∎ Having experience of leading a unit or team as Manager/ team Leader/ Supervisory positions of E-commerce company / Marketplaces.
∎ Comprehensive understanding on Business Plans, Projection & Execution, Sales Development, Growth Hacking and Disruptive Marketing techniques.
