Responsibilities & Context:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

·         Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.

·         Identify target markets and devise appropriate promotional strategies to reach potential customers.

·         Coordinate market research activities to gather customer insights and competitive intelligence.

·         Set measurable goals for marketing campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.

2. Campaign Management & Promotion

·         Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR, social media, etc.).

·         Work with creative agencies, vendors, and internal teams to produce promotional materials.

·         Oversee the scheduling and distribution of marketing collateral.

·         Manage end-to-end event planning and participation (trade shows, seminars, webinars).

3. Team Leadership & Coordination

·         Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing and promotion team to achieve set targets.

·         Assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct regular team reviews.

·         Foster collaboration across sales, product, and other departments to align marketing efforts.

4. Budgeting & Resource Management

·         Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

·         Negotiate contracts with agencies and vendors to achieve cost efficiencies.

·         Track expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.

5. Brand Management & Communications

·         Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to corporate identity standards.

·         Manage content creation for websites, newsletters, brochures, and social media.

·         Handle media relations and coordinate press releases, advertisements, and corporate communications.

6. Analytics & Reporting

·         Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, campaign ROI (return on invest).

·         Generate regular reports for senior management detailing marketing performance and insights.

Use data analytics tools to optimize ongoing campaigns and future strategies.
