Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with very good academic track record from any recognized and well reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Well Planning & Estimation for new Project.
∎ Well known regarding all types of Machine (Textile i.e Knitting, Weaving etc).
∎ Responsible for the end-to end process of the dept. i.e. Installations, Commissioning & Maintenance & All types of Utility.
∎ Well knowledge of Erection work with proper supervision like Steam Line, Hot Water, Cool Water, Pipe Line, Drain Line etc.
∎ Well know of Machine calibration related work with actual procedure.
∎ Ensure all daily Electrical/ Mechanical jobs are being carried out following workplace safety and proper maker procedures.
∎ Electrical/ Mechanical spare parts availability at Plant for smooth operation & maintenance and raise requisition on consumed spares in time.
∎ Team building and team individual competency development by sharing knowledge on troubleshooting/fault finding/ working procedures.
∎ Coordinate with Government Authority, third party, Machine Supplier and others (If required).
∎ Well known in Auto Cad system.
∎ Any special job assigned by management for Plant profitability, Cost-effectiveness, monitoring or report making.
∎ To perform any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.Well known in Auto Cad system.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to communicate effectively.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application.
