We are looking for a Private Villa Manager located in Manikganj, who will be the heartbeat of luxury villa operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly while delivering exceptional service to residents and guests. Their role blends hospitality, property management, and personal concierge expertise. Here's a comprehensive look at their responsibilities

Property Management & Maintenance

• Oversee daily operations of the villa, including cleanliness, landscaping, pool care, and general upkeep.
• Coordinate repairs and renovations with contractors and service providers.
• Ensure safety and security systems are functioning and monitored.

Staff Supervision

• Recruit, train, and manage household staff such as chefs, housekeepers, gardeners, and drivers.
• Create staff schedules and ensure duties are performed to high standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and maintain team morale.

Administrative & Financial Oversight

• Manage budgets and expenses, including payroll, vendor payments, and petty cash.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, furnishings, and luxury items.
• Report regularly to the property owner

Event Planning & Coordination

• Organize private events such as dinners, parties, or celebrations.
• Coordinate logistics including catering, entertainment, and decor.
• Ensure smooth execution and post-event cleanup.
