Property Management

• Oversee daily operations of the villa, including cleanliness, landscaping, pool care, and general upkeep.

• Ensure safety and security systems are functioning and monitored.

Maintenance & Utility

·       Coordinate repairs and renovations with contractors and service providers

Security

• Maintain security and surveillance of the firm premises at all times.

Staff Supervision

·       Recruit, train, and manage household staff such as security personnel, chefs, housekeepers, gardeners, and drivers.

·       Create staff schedules and ensure duties are performed to high standards.

·       Conduct performance reviews and maintain team morale.

Administrative & Financial Oversight

·       Manage budgets and expenses, including payroll, vendor payments, and petty cash.
