Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the right talent for this position who has expertise on maintenance garments.
∎ The manager maintenance is mid-level position and will be held responsible and accountable for the smooth running of company`s overall garments machinery maintenance function.
∎ Job location will be Head Office and Factory Office- Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setup new Sewing line machine
∎ Capable of handling 1000 Sewing machine
∎ Also should have good knowledge about all garments machinery
∎ To be responsible for installation, commissioning and maintenance of fabrics garment machines and of utility plants.
∎ Act as Head of Department for overall activities & outcome of the assigned account with absolute perfection
∎ Prepare the schedule for daily/weekly/monthly routine maintenance.
∎ Ensure all types of work report are set and keep the record properly
∎ Resolve garment machines day to day problems.
∎ Maintain and manage Relay Board, PC Board and Inverter strongly
∎ Share the knowledge about the machines, tools and arrange training for fellow members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 Years of experience in a large reputed garments factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Maintenance unit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Candidate must have to computer knowledge.
