Experience:Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering within industrial sectors.Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Sc./M.Sc. in EEE or equivalent).

Lead Electrical Strategy & Innovation – Develop and implement long-term electrical engineering strategies aligned with production expansion, automation, and energy efficiency goals.
High-Voltage & Automation Leadership – Oversee design, commissioning, and optimization of high-voltage systems, advanced automation (PLC, SCADA, VFDs), and control architectures to support large-scale manufacturing.
Capacity Enhancement & Technology Upgradation – Drive modernization projects, including equipment upgrades, process automation, and integration of Industry 4.0 technologies.
Energy Management Excellence – Implement advanced energy monitoring systems, renewable energy integration, and cost-optimization programs to reduce power consumption without compromising productivity.
Reliability & Uptime Optimization – Establish predictive and condition-based maintenance programs using advanced diagnostics and data analytics to achieve >98% equipment uptime.
Regulatory & Global Compliance – Ensure adherence to national electrical codes, safety regulations, and global manufacturing standards 9000,ISO-14000,and OHSAS-18000.
Cross-Functional Technical Leadership – Collaborate with mechanical, production, and quality teams to ensure seamless electrical support for critical manufacturing operations.
Budget & CAPEX Control – Lead electrical CAPEX/OPEX planning, vendor negotiations, and cost control initiatives for major electrical projects.
Talent Development – Mentor and develop high-performing engineering teams, introducing advanced training modules on automation, power systems, and safety compliance.
Crisis & Risk Management – Provide strategic direction during electrical emergencies, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal production loss.
Ensures achievement of electrical maintenance financial objectives by accurately forecasting requirements, preparing the annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
Provides engineering support through timely response to requests and effective resolution of electrical issues.
Maintains compliance with applicable codes and standards by adhering to regulatory requirements and advising senior management on necessary actions and improvements.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking electrical material stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for electrical material; reviewing and approving invoices.
Maintain and service all machinery; including mechanical and electrical aspects. This may involve longer hours in the event of a machine breakdown.
