∎ Diploma or B. Sc. in EEE from any reputed Institute or University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Engineering, Garments manufacturing unit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for scheduled maintenance of all machines and equipment of the Factory.
∎ To ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment before any breakdown occurs.
∎ Prepare SOP for maintenance of plant & machinery installation of the factory.
∎ Monitor & supervise all the machine maintenance & Installation issue. Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance. Including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance.
∎ To supervise all maintenance staff to ensure that they carry out their duties effectively
∎ Regularly review all working practices, procedures & equipment to ensure that they are most efficient & effective
∎ To maintain audit related documents like ACCORD, Alliance and others for electrical safety & fire safety related issues.
∎ All records have to be documented and maintained.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working Experience in PLC, Inverter & Electromechanically controls machinery.
∎ Rope Denim (Rope Dyeing, Ball Warping, LCB , Sizing , Mercerizing , De-Sizing , Stenter ,Singeing ,Finishing,
∎ Reconning, Inspection/Packing, Slasher Dyeing , Direct Warping, loom) machine Installation,Erection, operation and Maintenance.
∎ Able to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Should have contacts and experience in sourcing of machine parts and components from suppliers.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
∎ In-depth knowledge on overall Maintenance related issues of Factory.
∎ Candidate should be dynamic, hard-working, innovative & self-motivated.
∎ Effective communication skills & Strong negotiation skills.
∎ Computer application and Department Budgeting experience is a must.
