Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Schedules repair, Maintenance, and installation of Machine, tools And equipment to ensure continues production operation.
∎ Develops preventive Maintenance program in conjunction with Maintenance staff.
∎ Reviews production, Quality control, And Maintenance report and statics to plan and modify Maintenance activities.
∎ Inspects operating Machine & equipment for conformance with operational standers.
∎ To keep the Machine with Maximum efficiency with the proper Schedule and preventive Maintenance
∎ Prepare the monthly Maintenance Schedule.
∎ Involved in the day Maintenance activity.
∎ Prepare the spear parts procurement Schedule as per their Lifetime.
∎ Taking all sort of remedied activity of the Machine faults
