∎ কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট ও রিলেশনশিপ বন্ডিং রাখা।
∎ সেল ডেভলপ করা ও টার্গেট পরিপূর্ণ করা।
∎ পারিশ্রমিক মন মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ প্রতিষ্ঠানের সম্পূর্ণ কাজের মাধ্যমে উন্নত করার লক্ষ্য থাকতে হবে।
∎ ম্যানেজমেন্ট+ সেলস ও মার্কেটিং + বিজনেস ডেভলপমেন্ট + কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট ও রিলেশনশিপ ইত্যাদি অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পূর্ণ ব্যাক্তিগন অগ্রাধিকার পাবেন।
