Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Strategy Development:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
∎ Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
∎ Create annual sales plans, budgets, and forecasts.
∎ Team Leadership:
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate the lift and escalator sales team, setting clear goals and expectations.
∎ Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
∎ Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
∎ Client Relationship Management:
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
∎ Understand clients' needs, specifications, and project requirements.
∎ Collaborate with clients to develop customized lift and escalator solutions.
∎ Sales Process Management:
∎ Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and project initiation.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, installation, and customer support, to ensure project success.
∎ Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, proposals, and contracts.
∎ Market Expansion:
∎ Identify and target new business opportunities and market segments for lift and escalator solutions.
∎ Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's presence.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements.
∎ Product Knowledge:
∎ Maintain in-depth knowledge of lift and escalator products, technical specifications, and safety standards.
∎ Provide technical guidance and product training to the sales team.
∎ Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
∎ Compliance and Documentation:
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales contracts, agreements, and project documentation.
∎ Promote ethical business practices and compliance within the team.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Festival Bonus: 75% of gross salary (Pro-Rata Basis)
