Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Setting up Annual Business Plan and Strategies for establishing a market presence & grab market share.
∎ Building and managing relationships with Builders, Developers & Consultants to gain and retain consistent sales leads
∎ Enhancing the expertise of the technical team and driving them to provide maximum efficiency as well as productivity for Installation, Commissioning and After-Sales Service independently and in a timely manner
∎ Meeting with the Sales and Technical team on regular basis to coordinate the activity status & solving any problem that may arise
∎ Ensuring collection against sales by directing the Sales Team on a regular basis Cooperate with the Supply Chain team for sourcing Chiller related equipment
