Job Context:
∎ Job Summary:
∎ The Head of Sales (Lift & Escalator) is responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets in the Lift industry. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding market dynamics, and driving sales initiatives to maximize market share and profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Lift division, including setting sales targets, pricing strategies, and market penetration plans.
∎ Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals. Build a high-performing sales team through recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
∎ Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging trends in the Lift industry.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, building owners, contractors, and industry influencers. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and retention.
∎ Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for the Lift division. Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
∎ Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest advancements and innovations in the Lift industry. Ensure the sales team is well-informed and capable of effectively presenting and promoting company products and services.
∎ Sales Process Improvement: Continuously review and optimize the sales process to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experiences.
∎ Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment and coordinated efforts towards achieving company goals.
∎ Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
∎ Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing sales performance, strategies, and recommendations.
