∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
∎ Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
∎ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
∎ Understand clients' needs, specifications, and project requirements.
∎ Collaborate with clients to develop customized lift and escalator solutions.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, installation, and customer support, to ensure project success.
∎ Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, proposals, and contracts.
∎ Identify and target new business opportunities and market segments for lift and escalator solutions.
∎ Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the company's presence.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements.
∎ Maintain in-depth knowledge of lift and escalator products, technical specifications, and safety standards.
∎ Provide technical guidance and product training to the sales team.
∎ Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
