Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead learning and development plans by designing, developing, and implementing new learning initiatives working in conjunction with other People partners on best practice sharing and global initiatives for targeted employee groups
∎ Align training with the organization's Mission & Vision.
∎ Create and manage training budgets
∎ Evaluate the success of training programs and instructors using various types of formal and informal techniques.
∎ Continually assess the longer-term effectiveness of programs and processes. Develop improvement plans where needed.
∎ Support People projects, programs or processes independently or as part of internal business stakeholders.
∎ Implement and maintain programs that attract, retain, and develop our employees
∎ Develop and deliver Organizational Development related programs including Career Planning, Team Building, Ensure Workforce Planning, Succession Planning, Assessments and Surveys, Performance Management, Change Management, Process Improvement and Recognition and Reward
∎ Develop and execute company-wide People initiatives, programs, and practices that provide an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, accountability, continuous improvement, team work, and high performance
∎ Support development, implementation and communication on systems and processes to improve individual, team and organizational effectiveness through critical Organizational Development initiatives such as 360° Feedback, Employee Satisfaction Surveys, Performance Management and Development
