Proficiency in industrial engineering software and tools.

• Costing SMV from image/sketch/sample, operation breakdown, thread consumption, accessories consumption, seam tape consumption & ERP maintain.

• To develop smooth productivity, utilize cutting manpower effectively.

• SMV breakdown analysis at cutting & fusing section.       

• Preparing skill matrix for cutting staff.

• Ensure the right man in the right process for smooth productivity.

• Will be responsible for taking yearly assessments for operator & staff’s increment.

• Have to develop cutting process by innovation.

• Conduct time, motion and method analysis to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across cutting and fusing operations.

• Root cause analysis to solve problems for smooth productivity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and innovative solutions.

• Develop and maintain SOP to ensure consistency and quality within the department.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Stay updated on industrial engineering trends for continuous improvement.

• Any other task assigned by management time to time.
