Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources, Management, Business Studies or related disciplines.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with business partners to conduct ongoing need analysis to determine Training & Development plan.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of the training curriculum for assigned employee population.
∎ Design, deliver and/or coordinate soft skills training and evaluates the effectiveness for continuous improvement.
∎ Partner with business leaders to facilitate the design and development of technical/hard skills training.
∎ Facilitate the execution of the various internal talent development programs, including design of individual program assignments, coordination for placements as well as on-going monitoring of development progress.
∎ Coordinate and support for other Corporate Learning & Development training/initiatives implementation as assigned.
∎ Manage a Learning & Development team to ensure their job implementation and their individual development.
∎ Coach junior L&D professionals and internal talents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Hands-on in both training program/curriculum design and delivery.
∎ Solid experience in leading, coaching and managing team of subordinates.
∎ Certification of licensed management tools like Situational Leadership, 7-habits, OPQ, DiSC, etc will be an advantage.
∎ Strong team player and be collaborative to work with all levels.
∎ Excellent communications and presentation skills.
∎ Articulate with good command in both spoken and written English.
∎ Occasional travels within the country are required.
