Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land Purchase, Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To understand all land related documents (C.S, S.A, R.A, R.S, City Jorip, Deed, Via Deed, Porcha, Warish Sonod, Wakalotnama, Dag, Khatian, Land Survey and Plotting etc.)
∎ To prepare chain of title with title tree of the ownership and to find legal issues.
∎ To prepare Deed and handling registration of various Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-Kabla deed,Heba Deed, Bayna and others.
∎ To deal with land related activities such as land measurement, survey, Map, verification of title & legal rights, mortgage and redemption, registration of Sale Deed, Bayna Deed, Agreement and Contract, commissioning, mutation of land and submission of land Tax.
∎ To deal with land related activities such as land measurement, survey, verification of title &

∎ To understand land category changing process (Industrial, Agricultural, Viti, Null, Bari, Nala, Doba
∎ etc.)
∎ To prepare Deed and handling registration of various Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney, Sale deed, Sub-Kabla deed,Heba Deed, Bayna and others.
∎ To maintain good relation with land media(s) and source potential lands and effectively negotiate with vendors or landowners to ensure the purchase.
∎ To coordinate lawyers for land related all legal matters & maintain liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. organization such as DC Office, AC Land office, Sub-Registry office, Tahshil
∎ Office etc.
∎ To maintain and preserve all files, documents and details about purchase, mutation and land revenue payment etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age at least 40 years.
∎ Must be a retired Surveyor or Tahsilder of the Land office.
∎ Person having work experience in the renowned real estate company shall be given priority.
∎ Fluent conversational skills.
∎ Good knowledge on Law of Land, Farayez and Land Survey.
∎ Good knowledge about leasehold property i.e. Rajuk, Mohpw
∎ Capable to review and evaluate land values for procurement
∎ Capable of prompt and careful handling with the Land owners and Brokers

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
