Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Manager - Knowledge and Learning will work as the focal point to implement knowledge management strategy of Suchana in order to make readily accessible to program team and external audiences to inform program modification based on the evidence-based results.
∎ S/he will be responsible for establishing ownership of knowledge management and the program systems that support to identify and extract of key lessons from program including contextual information, embedding processes and effective use for planning and managing for decision making and sharing with both internal and external audiences.
∎ S/he will maintain functional linkages with relevant program team members, consortium partners, GoB sectors those are identified as collaborative partners of Suchana program and other stakeholders.
∎ The activities include development, publication and dissemination of project briefs, program updates, annual reports, newsletters, day observance reports, publishing research reports and other materials as per the program need and managing the program websites.
∎ The incumbent will initiate and take necessary steps to document the better practices, case studies and successes that are creating impact for maternal adolescent and child nutrition, and graduation of targeted beneficiaries enrolled into this program.
∎ S/he is also responsible for designing social media campaigns and creating visibility of program in the web through disseminating program information to appropriate websites and pull web resources for program.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years of relevant experience including 3 years in a managerial/ equivalent position
∎ Demonstrated experience in knowledge management, articles writing and research, material development, documentation and publication, writing in newspapers and journals in public health and nutrition/reproductive health and nutrition, social impact programs etc.
∎ Should have sound understanding about knowledge management activities in a development structure.
∎ Proven experience in developing different materials i.e. IEC/BCC Materials, Manuals and modules, training materials;
∎ Working with Media, experience in strengthening the capacity of NGOs and networks.
∎ Ability to work with GoB, development partners, UN agencies, technical agencies and NGO officials will be considered as added values.
∎ Excellent verbal, oral and written communications skills in Bangla and English to translate complex things in user friendly and simple manner.
∎ Proficiency in standard office software plus Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, online tools and platforms
