Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall knitting & dyeing department.
∎ Ensure Machine Dia, Stitch-Length, Finish Dia & GSM As per booking requirement.
∎ Ensure knitting & dyeing production plan
∎ Ensure to man optimization as per plan and 100% knitting & dyeing production on time.
∎ Ensure and right follow up of buyer wise fabric production and quality.
∎ Communicate with knitting division, production division, planning division and respective merchandiser of the buyer for ensuring 100% knitting & dyeing quality, shade matching, with GSM.
∎ Directs and supervises the continuous improvement of knitting & dyeing production.
∎ Setup subordinate production target and guide the respective person to achieve their target.
∎ Responsible for reducing wastage as per (time/man/machine) and process loss of dyeing.
∎ Arrange and conduct counselling for manager/in-charge/supervisor/operator to monitor and meet KPI.
∎ Conduct training for concern section as per requirement.
∎ Arrange all raw materials and maintain quality of colours, GSM as per respective Buyer Quality.
∎ Contact with the buyer for wet process lab dip approval, bulk batch shade approval, quality fabric approval and other issues.
∎ Ensure 100% fabric inspection with 4 point system before delivery to cutting.
∎ Responsible for cost analysis and check costing for production.
∎ Responsible for supervise with marketing team for scheduling the priority basis production.
∎ Responsible for supervising plan for weekly and monthly to inform the management.
∎ To ensure the duties and responsibilities of subordinates as vested on them according to the organizational policy.
∎ Arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling and taking the timely decision .
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
