Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Total production to Execution with efficient planning and on time delivery.
∎ Selection of Yarn (Fabrics weight) according to buyer requirement. Import raw materials according to company rules.
∎ Able to knit fabric swatch analysis, specially capable to select yarn & knitting M/C & GG selection.
∎ Strongly follow up production quality as per buyers requirement.
∎ Able to make new production layout efficiently.
∎ Must be practical and implement IE concepts and to improve productivity.
∎ Estimate machine requirements, working hour, working day and manpower as per fabric category & quantity.
∎ To co-ordinate with Merchandising department.
∎ Development of new inquiry if buyers provide so on.
∎ Have to submit report to authority every day for production consumption, costing, quality etc.
∎ Ensure fabric quality as per customers' quality standards.
∎ Solve problems through discussion with higher authority.
∎ To make necessary production plan as per the shipment schedule provided by Merchandising or Production Planning Department.
∎ Maintain proper KPI / DHU / MMR / SMV / GSD etc. Target Ratio.
∎ To ensure all the Fabrics are produces in RIGHT QUALITY & DELIVERED on time.
∎ To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirement at work place are maintained.
∎ Sample development through designing and strike off process according to buyers requirements.
∎ Ensure production planning according to shipment schedule.
∎ Work with other departments for committed orders and monitor production Critical Path to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Carryout any other assignment given by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bangla (both written and spoken)
∎ Sound knowledge in computer applications and internet
∎ Analytical skills of understanding the Dyeing-Finishing Process and minimizing the rejections.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
