Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in Textile.
∎ Graduate/ Post graduate degree from a reputed university.
∎ Textile College under Dhaka University will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control finishing parameter during bulk production on the basis of standard technical method.
∎ Ensure the quality of the fabric as per the fabric standard of buyer.
∎ Must have to work proactively with the key personnel of concern department & laboratory to ensure the quality requirement.
∎ Ensure & arrange all types of test for the fabrics.
∎ Ensure harmless fabrics production which is totally free from RSL.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of all machines by Maintenance department as and when required.
∎ Ensure dyeing finishing production target on daily basis.
∎ Responsible for finishing RFT.
∎ Analytical skills on finishing & quality issue. Communicating with concern department to get fabric approval.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 7-8 years' experience at Managerial level.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Knit Fabric Finishing.

Salary: Negotiable
