Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Please do not apply if you are not comprehensively experienced on Asterisk Server, Vicidial, Elastix.
∎ Must have Advance knowledge on VoIP technology.
∎ Support and administer third-party applications.
∎ Ensure network security and connectivity
∎ Resolve problems reported by end user
∎ Installation, configuration and maintenance all servers like AD, Proxy, DHCP, FTP, Web, and Database etc.
∎ Maintenance of G-Suite (Google Mail Services)
∎ Installation, configuration and maintenance all routers and switches
∎ Meeting and coordinate with customers as well as vendors.
∎ Supervising whole Technical department activities, report analysis and provide suggestion
∎ Planning to meet future ICT requirements of the company

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 years of management experience
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ VoIP solution, Network Administrator, Windows and Linux server administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ IPTSP, ISP, Contact Center.
∎ Must have Advance knowledge in Mikrotik routers
∎ Must have knowledge on LAN, VPN, IPsec, and Routing.
∎ Must have experience in handling Active directory, FTP server, Proxy server, Web Server, DNS Server
∎ Must have advance experience and knowledge on Linux Servers
∎ Maintain regular backup of application, database and OS
∎ Must be flexible and be able to work under pressure.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ MCSE/ MCITP, CCNA, RHCE, MTCNA certified is preferable.
