Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology. Preferred Professional Certification Linux, CCNA, CCNP.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configuration & Troubleshoot of Cisco Router, Switch, firewalls, servers, and other hardware.
∎ To create system architecture and documentation for design and planning network/system communication/implementation and Provide support with a variety of operating systems
∎ System setup with Windows/Linux platform with web, mail, database, DNS.
∎ Maintain office LAN, Workstations and IT equipment to ensure smooth operation of day-to-day office activities.
∎ Maintenance, update & configure mail servers, file servers & other server related issues.
∎ Configure, install and maintain infrastructure, switch IT, router and firewalls etc.
∎ Responsible for Network Inventory management, capacity & storage planning, and databank maintenance.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
∎ Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
∎ Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
∎ Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions.
∎ Perform problem analysis and provide recommendations for enhancements to Data Network and Security.
∎ Perform gap analysis and implement steps for improving service quality.
∎ Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance.
∎ Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization.
∎ Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
∎ Identify software or service opportunities including training, modules, business process consulting, and development.
∎ Document and communicate issues, risks, and changes within company.
∎ Coordinate application updates, hotfixes, and upgrades.
∎ Backup role for Application Support Desk and escalated support issues.
∎ Troubleshooting the problems reported on the network devices and providing Root cause analysis.
∎ Provide active involvement in Meetings related to network change and install.
∎ Architects and design infrastructure within systems and network capacity.
∎ Monitor and manage SLAs and service quality
∎ Maintain Cloud servers in different platforms like AWS, Azure, Oracle, Google, Local cloud etc. as and when required.
∎ Introduce and integrate all the server hardware and system to the threat detection system
∎ Install, configure and manage solutions for anti-malware, data loss prevention (DLP), monitoring system, ticketing system, security information and event management (SIEM) etc.
∎ IT infrastructure planning and budgeting.
∎ Any others task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 8 years' practical experience in the related field.
∎ Knowledge of authentication into an Active Directory Environment, Cisco AP configuration (Aironet 12000 series, etc.) and Wireless Access Security (WEP, Rotating WEP, LEAP, PEAP, and wireless area networks).
∎ Extensive experience in the design, configuration, and troubleshooting of routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), experience with Cisco PIX, Big IP Load Balancers, Cisco VPN Concentrators, RADIUS and WAN accelerators.
∎ Candidates must have experience in Security related fields (firewalls, IDP, VPN, network access control), e-mail filtering, Load Balancers (F5), and WAN Accelerators (Cisco).
∎ Clear understanding of WDS, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.
∎ Capability to installing Server Rack, firewall, storage, switch, network equipment, UPS, batteries etc.
∎ Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
∎ Knowledge of SAN technology. Experience with multiple enterprise backup strategies, including agent and SAN-based backups, snapshots, and file and block-level replication.
∎ Willingness to work in a team and ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
