∎ Jaijaidin is a conglomerate printing & publications business house of Bangladesh and Daily Jaijaidin is one of the leading National Bengali Daily Newspaper in the country, seeks suitably qualified, experienced, dynamic, self-motivated and highly responsible Accounts related Officer for its Dhaka Office. Should possess a good physique and have the ability to accept challenging responsibilities. Personal qualities of integrity, creativity, good interpersonal and communication skills are desired.
∎ Department : Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining Cash & Bank Book, General Ledger, Party Ledger and other relevant registers;
∎ To deal with VAT (should have clear knowledge about the Rules & Regulations of VAT);
∎ Maintain VAT Registers and to deal with other related works with VAT offices;
∎ Responsible for preparation of Periodical/ Annual Financial Statements of the Company;
∎ Responsible for reconciling all bank accounts , cash book on daily, weekly and monthly basis;
∎ Manage and control factory production cost i.e. material costing, activity costing & overhead allocation;
∎ Ensure Standard Costing Procedure is implemented and maintained accurately at all times;
∎ Supervise production & inventory accounting and variances analysis;
∎ Handling salary & all kinds of employee's payment by maintaining confidentiality;
∎ Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services;
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Interpersonal Communication skills with good command in English & Bangla Language;
∎ Computer Literacy with Office Application, e-mail and internet browsing are essential;
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers;
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members;
