Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc (Hons) in Computer Science or Bachelor degree and Diploma in IT from highly reputed institution (relaxed for confident candidates having extensive experience in hardware troubleshooting).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of systems, network servers, and virtualization.
∎ Install, configure & manage server hardware along with hardening.
∎ To create system architecture and documentation for design and planning network/system communication/implementation and Provide support with a variety of operating systems.
∎ System setup with Windows/Linux platform with web, mail, database, DNS.
∎ Maintain office LAN, Workstations and IT equipment to ensure smooth operation of day-to-day office activities.
∎ Maintenance, update & configure mail servers, file servers & other server related issues.
∎ Configure, install and maintain infrastructure, switch IT, router and firewalls etc.
∎ Responsible for Network Inventory management, capacity & storage planning, and databank maintenance.
∎ Responsible for creating and managing all test environment and after testing safely migrated to the production network.
∎ Introduce and integrate all the server hardware and system to the threat detection system.
∎ Configure and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system.
∎ Troubleshoot networking problem and diagnose hardware & software problem, and replace defective components.
∎ Perform routine network start-up and shutdown procedures and maintain control.
∎ Raise requisition of IT products and ensure timely issuance of stocks.
∎ Maintaining system backups.
∎ Provide IT supports for desktop, laptop & also require troubleshoot all IT Equipment & Solving Problems (Printer, Switch, Router, Desktop PC, Laptop & system in used).
∎ Installing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining computer hardware, software, system, network, printer, scanner, etc.
∎ Ensure updating records of Servers, workstations, printers/scanners, computer names.
∎ Organize quarterly physical cleaning (With help of cleaning staff) of the computers, printers and scanners to ensure smooth running of the IT systems at all sites.
∎ Cabling and Crimping network cables & connectors as per requirements.
∎ Follow the IT policy and SOP to ensure quality of services.
∎ Ensure smooth recoding CCTV.
∎ Ensure smooth running FINGER AND CARD Punch Machine.
∎ IT infrastructure planning and budgeting.
∎ To perform any other works as and when assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Ability to work under extreme pressure and should have mentality to work in a group.
∎ Willingness to work in a team and ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
