Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Report to: President, Member-In-Charge IT and club secretary.
∎ Installing Operating System Microsoft Windows, Office and other software.
∎ Installing Crystal Reports. Server Security: Implement and maintain state-of-the-art security measures to protect servers from cyber-attacks, malware, and unauthorized access.
∎ System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, updates, patches, and upgrades for Windows and servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
∎ Having experience on web development related tasks.
∎ Sound knowledge of hardware, trouble shooting, printer, scanner and projector related services.
∎ Setting up new user accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues Install and setup Club ERP Software Solutions according to the requirement.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer network accessories & connections Cabling and Crimping network cables & connectors.
∎ To have conversation with vendors to help set up systems or resolve issues.
∎ Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
∎ Respond to any IT related problems and provide on call service in case of emergency.
∎ Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks at the same time. Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
