Responsibilities & Context:
Report to: President, Member-In-Charge IT and club secretary.
Installing Operating System Microsoft Windows, Office and other software.
Installing Crystal Reports. Server Security: Implement and maintain state-of-the-art security measures to protect servers from cyber-attacks, malware, and unauthorized access.
System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, updates, patches, and upgrades for Windows and servers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Having experience on web development related tasks.
Sound knowledge of hardware, trouble shooting, printer, scanner and projector related services.
Setting up new user accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues Install and setup Club ERP Software Solutions according to the requirement.
Monitoring and maintaining computer network accessories & connections Cabling and Crimping network cables & connectors.
To have conversation with vendors to help set up systems or resolve issues.
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Respond to any IT related problems and provide on call service in case of emergency.
Prioritizing and managing multiple tasks at the same time. Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
