∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ MBA/MBS/M.Com with Major in Finance/ Accounting, CA (knowledge level completed), ACCA, CMA, partly/fully qualified would be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Financial Analysis, IAS and IFRS

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, IAS and IFRS, Investment Merchant Banking
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Financial Consultants, Investment/Merchant Banking

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be proactive, self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
∎ Sound knowledge about Company Law, BSEC rules & regulations of capital market.
∎ Activities relating to Initial Public Offering, Right Issues, Repeat Public Offering, Bond Issue etc.
∎ Analysis of companies, instruments, investments, projects etc
∎ Preparing feasibility reports, financial modeling etc.
∎ Preparation of reports based on analysis.
∎ Financial statement analysis
∎ Sound knowledge on BFRS/IFRS/IAS and strong analytical capacity of Financial Statements
∎ Working experience at any Merchant/Investment Bank will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
