∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance
∎ CA (knowledge level completed), ACCA, CMA, partly/fully qualified would be highly preferred.
∎ University of Dhaka students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Activities relating to Initial Public Offering, Right Issues, Repeat Public Offering, Bond Issue etc.
∎ Analysis of companies, instruments, investments, projects etc
∎ Preparing feasibility reports, financial modeling etc.
∎ Preparation of reports based on analysis.
∎ Financial statement analysis

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience : Issue Management related activities
∎ Must be proactive, self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure
∎ Sound knowledge about Company Law, BSEC rules & regulations of capital market
∎ Sound knowledge on BFRS/IFRS/IAS and strong analytical capacity of Financial Statements
∎ Applicants having experience in Issue Management related activities will be given preference

Salary: Negotiable
