Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect business requirements, plan & analysis for preparing BRD and technical documentation for IT projects.
∎ Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and needs.
∎ Identification & escalation of business automation scope to support business growth and innovation
∎ Coordinate and manage the work of internal and external resources involved in the automation projects
∎ Monitor and report on the progress of IT projects.
∎ Ensure Smooth ERP operation.
∎ Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
∎ Ensure periodic data backup & recovery plan of all applications.
∎ Responsible for ensuring on time L1, L2, L3 support of Infrastructure & applications for user of head office and projects.
∎ Install, configure & manage all devices in access layer
∎ Troubleshoot installed network, printer, IP phone, Hardware, Software, Antivirus etc.
∎ Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
∎ Ensure data security & access management.
∎ Manage the lifecycle of the company's IT assets, from procurement to disposal, to ensure that they are always in good working order.
∎ Responsible for the formulation & application of IT Policy & Process.
∎ Plan and process for procurement of IT resources and repair works coordinating with the procurement department.
∎ Conduct & arrange training for end users.
∎ Setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing coaching and mentoring to team members.
