∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for budget control and asset management at the cluster level
∎ Lead the installation, configuration and maintenance of all IT systems and ensure adherence to compliance and security at the cluster
∎ Oversee Service helpdesk, manage IT vendors/ service providers and execute new projects
∎ Work with business and Manager to devise IT infrastructure requirement to achieve the current and future business objectives and align with evolving strategic needs for the SBU
∎ Provide inputs for the annual infrastructure budget on hardware and peripheral requirements at the cluster level
∎ Prepare a preventive maintenance schedule and ensure that maintenance of IT systems is carried out as per the schedule
∎ Recommend hardware and software upgrades and ensure timely/ periodic upgradation of all IT systems
∎ Ensure the maintenance of assets are within the budget limitations provided by the company
∎ Ensure that IT infrastructure is allocated to employees/ new joiners as per eligibility and within defined timelines; Ensure configuration of user id, email, user authorization and access as per guidelines
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 - 6+ years of relevant experience in IT administration
∎ Should have strong interpersonal skills and leadership quality
∎ Fluency in English
∎ Must be self motivated, energetic and capable to work under pressure
