Job Responsibilities:
∎ The overall purpose of this role is to provide logistics and administrative support to all COVID-19 Response activities of the program.
∎ The Manager will coordinate with the Directorate General of Health Services, SCI Country Office, SC's Regional and District-based staff, other SCI staff and local implementing partners to ensure timely administrative and logistics support for the activities.
∎ Responsibilities include, s/he will ensure necessary GOB approvals and support letters for the project activities, coordinate with Country Office transport, human resource, partnership and procurement teams to establish task contracts and for timely procurement of logistics materials
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years of experience of working in development sector, preferably in public health programs
∎ At least two years of experience in a management capacity, involving supporting administrative and operations functions
∎ Demonstrated expertise in coordination and technical support to MOHFW
∎ Excellent understanding of MOHFW structures, systems and procedures
∎ Experience of working in health or humanitarian emergency settings
∎ Good communication and coordination skills
