Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in At least graduate in Industrial Engineering from BUET or any other reputed university from home and abroad.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge about various sewing production systems, General Sewing Data (GSD), predetermined motion time system (PMTS), TMU, etc
∎ Knowledge of all types of Sewing machine necessary for a garments company,
∎ Time study (Cycle timing, Basic time, etc) and Performance Rating,
∎ Motion analysis of the operations,
∎ Operations break down,
∎ Preparation of OB (Operation bulletin),
∎ Calculation of SAM / SMV, PPM (Price per minute), Cost estimation of a garment, etc.,
∎ Machine Layout, Work station layout and Line Set up,
∎ Production estimation of a line,
∎ Work Sampling,
∎ Method Study (Seeing Movements of an operation),
∎ WIP Control through Method improvement, Improve work station layout, better operator allocation, etc,
∎ Line Balancing, Capacity study and Developing and Maintaining Skill Matrix,
∎ Calculate the efficiency of individual, line wise and whole factory,
∎ Improve the productivity and efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Thorough knowledge on Industrial Engineering.
∎ Floor/Line Management, Planning, Production, Work Study, Production Management (Sewing), Production Management (Cutting), Production Management (Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have at least 2 years of working experience in a woven garment factory.
∎ Should have to good knowledge about woven garments (Specially Outerwear).
∎ Provide motivation and training.
∎ Should have good knowledge about computer.
∎ Should have knowledge in production planning.
∎ Ability to work hard.
Salary: Negotiable
