∎ Responsible of monitoring & controlling the IE related activities of a Knit Composite Garments factory (Cutting, Sewing & Finishing)
∎ Design & layout of Man, Machine and Materials to achieve maximum efficiency
∎ Work place designing in a cost effective manner
∎ Line balancing
∎ Ensure every sewing operator having skill card with pictures.
