∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Production Engineering (IPE), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Lean Management certification
∎ Training/Trade Course: Work Study
∎ Skills Required: Business Communication, IE, MS Excel, PRESENTATION SKILLS, Work Study.

∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial & Production Engineering, LEAN Manufacturing, Work Study, woven Garments
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Context:
∎ Potential candidates with the actual track in ensuring competitive SMV, Time effective solution, learning curve, meeting efficiency expectation of woven garments industry, will be contacted for the interview.
∎ Job Location: Kaliakoir, Mouchak, Gazipur.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan layout of machines and lines to get highest productivity using IE method/tools
∎ Identify & remove causes of delay production to meet shipment dates
∎ Operational Bulletin and competitive consumption (SMV Calculation)
∎ Ensure OBD, Lay out on time, ensure the learning curve (20%, 35%, 50%, 55%, 60 % )
∎ Ensure the average efficiency as per company goals.
∎ Analysis of low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify
∎ Monitor line wise production report by hourly output basis
∎ Study individual operator's performance and follow up unskilled operators
∎ Coordinate with Sewing technician and Line Supervisors for line feeding & related job
∎ Documentation of daily production report
∎ Prepare monthly production & efficiency report, machine broken report etc.
∎ Time- study, capacity study, production study follow up
∎ Follow production plan effectively without any delay.
∎ Ensure predefined backup plan for any unexpected situations.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of man, machine & material for smooth Productivity
∎ Lead the team, supervise and train the junior colleagues/workers/operators and helper
∎ Analyze to reduce cost and wastage efficiently.

∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
