∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. B.Sc. in Textile Eng. will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Candidate must be certified in GSD.
∎ • Analysis CM (Cost of Making) and Productivity details for all new development styles based on garment sketch or samples and provide CM (Cost of Making) to merchandising department.
∎ • After order confirmation the evaluated garment is re-analyzed for better and economical methods to reduce the negotiated CM in order to stay in safe margin.
∎ • Finalize the operation bulletins, line targets, line balancing build up Plan for new styles.
∎ • Managing 30 Line Woven Garments Industry, Monitor for achieve production plan, Bulletin & layout, S.M.V calculation, production follow-up, line balancing, reduce productivity gap & improve efficiency
∎ • Preplanning of man, machine and attachment requirements.
∎ • Responsible for Quick Change over.
∎ • Responsible for daily absenteeism covering.
∎ • Department wise Manpower requirement Calculation.
∎ • Increase productivity and efficiency through Method Study, Motion study, Time study, Line balancing.
∎ • Calculate non-productive time, reduce defects and wastage, Gmts manufacturing process breakdown, perfect machine layout.
∎ • Reduce work in process (WIP) and find bottlenecks, technical difficulties, and quality-related issues.
∎ • Co-ordination with planning department for allocation of similar styles, capacity plan, line plan and factory monthly plan based on line and factory efficiency.
∎ • Co-ordination with planning department for improving the pre- production activities.
∎ • Co-ordination with Production GM/Factory manager/Production Manager for cut plan and finishing plan based on delivery date.
∎ • Factory Production Incentive report monitoring and approval.BR* Regular visit factories to monitor the progress of given plan
