Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Administer and Manage Active Directory Server, File Server etc. Ensure stable IT Infrastructure and Network Communication. Troubleshoot system and network problems, and Diagnose / solve hardware or software faults and replacing parts as required Overseeing all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV, Access Control, Projectors etc. Company user's mail configuration in Microsoft outlook and web mail. Troubleshooting all IT related issues of user requirements in different OS like Windows7, Windows8, Windows 10, Mac OS and Linux. Communicate effectively with supervisor, subordinates, base staff and Factory personnel Updating inventory of all hardware, software, networking components and maintaining proper documentation.
