∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Organization Development,KPI,Labor Law, Industrial Relation
∎ Skills Required: Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, payroll management, Performance appraisal, Recruitment & Selection

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, payroll management, Performance appraisal, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Garments, Buying House, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have to own a leadership ability to lead a team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business and factory HR Operation.
∎ Develop plan for a variety of HR matters such as Recruitment, Selection, Organization Development, Compensation, Benefits etc. for Factory.
∎ Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
∎ Responsible to generate Salary, OT, Bonus & other benefits, PF, Health insurance, reward & punishment etc. in due time for employees in line of company policy.
∎ Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
∎ Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
∎ Able to implement 360 Degree or KPI based performance appraisal management. Able to adopt technology advancement.
∎ Ensure HR Department to Provides general secretarial and administrative support (updating staff files and contracts, handling correspondence, registration and filing, etc.).
∎ Serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting office policies and helping to resolve work-related problems.
∎ Ensures that HR Department Keeping record (e.g. absences & leave) and HR data is of good quality and kept up to date, particularly regarding salary.
∎ Must have to have knowledge on ERP Software (HRIS).
∎ Coordinate and support Admin team for all sort of Admin function of Factory level at every aspect.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ Leadership, Office Management, Administration and good Administrator.
