∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ To lead and initiate advanced HR practices and standards in order to support the company`s short- and long-term strategies. The individual must possess strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as advanced planning capabilities. He must be experienced in creating and enforcing policies and procedures.
∎ Applicant should have well managerial experience working with 100% export oriented factory.
∎ Job Location: Sean Medal Manufacturing Co.Ltd , Plot:111(P),112,122(P),123(P),Cumilla EPZ.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain and follow-up day-to-day general HR activities that include daily Attendance, Leave, Recruitment, Training, Legal & Corporate affairs.
∎ To ensure recruitment and selection in the vacant positions as and where required within the stipulated time by sourcing on own initiative.
∎ To monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, leave and prepare / maintain proper report / documentation and take necessary action deemed to be appropriate.
∎ To appraise the staff's performance & mentors them to increase productivity.
∎ Provide necessary support to the factory Compliance team during Buyer / Certification Audit.
∎ Conduct or arrange formal & informal Training for the Employee/Worker about labor law, certification as well as buyer requirements.
∎ Assist to formulate various policies & procedures related to HR, Administration & Compliance of the company.
∎ Monitor and identify manpower requirements and skills mix and make appropriate recommendation to management for implementation
∎ Assist to review of organizational structures, job analysis, job descriptions/ specifications and job evaluation.
∎ Monitor HR, Administration & Compliance related tasks, such as Leave Management, replacement jobs and wage payments.
∎ Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity.
∎ Take initiative to motivate the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability of the factory.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in EPZ area. Must be know BEPZA rules & regulation.
∎ Should have practical experience on facing different types of audits.
∎ Must be knowledge on labour law.
∎ Should be honest, smart with having good morality.
∎ Must be know very well English
∎ Must be communicate BEPZA, Fire, Environment & Other concern department.

Salary: Negotiable
